Buddleja root extended 20 ft into the building and had caused major damage.
X Ties
Whole East wall had become unstable and major cracks had appeared. Building has been pinned from North to South with rod and X ties.
Lost decorative bricks hand moulded.
Terracotta vent, pieced back together and reinstalled.
