Plated service, Maximum 65

Maximum: 65 persons (main hall only)

  • Mezzanine not available for plated service

Individual courses served to each guest at their seat. Perfect for formal dining where each guest receives their own plated dishes throughout the meal.


Family Style Sharing Plates, Maximum 75 persons

Maximum: 75 persons (main hall only)

  • Main Hall - 3 Long Tables: 75 guests

  • Main Hall - Horseshoe Layout: 69 guests

  • Mezzanine not available for family style service

Family style dining works beautifully with our vintage tables, where guests share platters and dishes served to the table. This creates a warm, communal atmosphere perfect for celebrations.


Seated Buffet, Maximum 80 persons

Seated Buffet

Maximum: 80 persons

Guests are seated at tables with place settings, with food served from a buffet setup. This allows for a more relaxed service style while maintaining formal seating.

Two arrangement options:

  • Option 1: 80 guests in main hall only

  • Option 2: 68 guests downstairs + 12 guests on mezzanine (75 total)

Please note: The maximum capacity remains 80 guests regardless of arrangement, determined by buffet service flow rather than available seating. Using the mezzanine provides more space per guest in the main hall, with 12 or fewer guests seated upstairs with views overlooking the event below.


Standing Buffet / Party Food, Maximum: 120

Maximum: 120 persons

Guests enjoy food while standing and mingling. Ideal for canapés, finger food, and more casual gatherings where networking and socialising are the main focus. Food is served using high-quality compostable bagasse/bamboo plates.


Bowl Food Buffet, Maximum 100 persons

Maximum: 100 persons

Perfect for dishes like chilli & rice, stew, or dahl & rice. Food is served from large bowls with guests able to sit or stand. A lovely option for warming, communal meals that allows for more flexible seating arrangements. Served using high-quality compostable bagasse/bamboo bowls.


Canapés , Maximum 120 persons

Canapés

Maximum: 120 persons

Elegant bite-sized food served to standing guests. Perfect for drinks receptions, networking events, and sophisticated celebrations where guests can mingle freely while enjoying beautifully presented food.

Mezzanine Seating

Capacity: 12 guests (2 tables of 6)
The mezzanine offers views overlooking the main hall and can be added to seated buffet service only. Available for seated buffet (as per arrangement options above)
Not suitable for:

  • Plated service

  • Family style sharing plates


Important Notes

  • All in house catering is provided by Bel's Kitchen (contact: isy@belskitchen.co.uk), contact Isy directly for availability and pricing.

  • Our vintage cutlery and tables are included in all dining packages


Corkage & External Catering


Corkage Fees - drinks:

  • Fizz (arrival drinks): £20 per bottle (limit: 4 bottles per 20 guests, 8 per 40 guests, etc.)

  • Table wine: £14 per bottle (limit: 2 bottles per table of 6)

External Caterers:

  • Bring your own cold food (evening): £100

    • No access to kitchen facilities

    • All rubbish must be removed by client or caterer on the same day

  • Kitchen hire for external caterers: £300

    • External caterers must provide health and safety documentation
