Contact Improvisation is a dance form focused on physical contact and shared movement, evolving from spontaneous physical dialogues between two or more people. It's characterised by a dynamic interplay of weight, balance, and momentum, explored through rolling, falling, and supporting each other.

Thula Mama is a harmony singing group for mothers and their new babies, drawing on songs and chants from around the globe for an uplifting experience in a friendly community of Mamas.
No particular singing ability or experience is necessary, and songs are passed on orally, so no need to read music.
