This exciting series brings together four accomplished contemporary dance artists to offer intermediate and advanced classes for dance artists and adults with experience (18+). Each session provides a unique opportunity to explore different approaches to contemporary movement, technique, and creative expression in a supportive and dynamic environment
A weekly Contact Improvisation Dance session in the heart of Exeter! 6 week course.
Contact Improvisation is a dance form focused on physical contact and shared movement, evolving from spontaneous physical dialogues between two or more people. It's characterised by a dynamic interplay of weight, balance, and momentum, explored through rolling, falling, and supporting each other.

Remember to Dance is a Charity Silent Disco raising funds on behalf of Alzheimer’s Society. Get ready to strut your stuff at The Hall in Exeter to four decades of Indie/Rock, Disco & Pop! Groove in your own swagger or style it up in fancy dress from any Iconic Film or TV character over the last 50 years!

Thula Mama is a harmony singing group for mothers and their new babies, drawing on songs and chants from around the globe for an uplifting experience in a friendly community of Mamas.
No particular singing ability or experience is necessary, and songs are passed on orally, so no need to read music.
