Please wear comfortable shoes, we cannot allow bare foot dancing for your own safety. Please remember you are responsible for listening at a safe volume. The volume control is on the right hand side. Please bring your tickets either printed out or on your phone for QR code scanning on the night.
Cancellations and refunds
If you cannot make the event and want to return your tickets 7 days before the event starts we will offer you a refund minus the booking fee. If you would like to return the tickets with less than 7 days notice we can offer you a voucher or offer them to the waiting list for you. I'm afraid we can't refund or issue vouchers for parts of an order. If you want to return tickets that are only part of an order we can either offer you a cocktail at the bar or try and sell the ticket on for you. We will always do our best to help and be reasonable.

If it looks like it is sold out at exactly midday its because as soon as people put tickets in their baskets, the tickets are reserved immediately. However, many do not go through with the purchase as I assume they find out a friend has been able to secure them on their behalf.
So… after 15 minutes they become available again.
In other words, it always worth trying again in 10-15-20 minutes as dozens of tickets become available again automatically. The whole thing is automated and there is absolutely no funny business. Failing that please add your name to the waiting list or buy tickets to the Summer Ceilidh listed below. Thanks :)

DIY DJ info
DJs receive two free drinks (or 1 cocktail). You do not need ANY experience to DJ. If you want to keep it simple, you can just bring a Spotify/Apple Music/ Tidal playlist on your device, and set up automatic cross fade in your settings. We can help you on the night if needed. Just make a 30 min playlist that you think will keep people on their feet.
