50ml Absolut vanilla vodka
25ml passion fruit puree
15ml Passoa liqueur
15ml sugar syrup
15ml lime juice Method: All ingredients in mixing glass, add ice to shaker, shake, strain and serve Garnish: Half passion fruit face up in center of drink

50ml Amaretto
25ml lemon juice
20ml Makers Mark
10ml sugar syrup
15ml egg white Method: All ingredients to mixing glass, add ice to shaker halfway, add fresh ice to rocks glass to top, strain and serve Garnish: Lime zest and cherry on stainless steel pick
Old Fashioned
Glass: Rocks glass Option 1 (if you have time):
Pour ice in tall mixing glass to top
50ml Makers Mark or bourbon
15ml sugar syrup
3 drops Angostura bitters
Stir with mixing spoon for 30 seconds, prepare rocks glass with ice, strain Option 2:
Prepare rocks glass with ice to top
Add same ingredients directly to glass
