Concert Package

The Hall provides an intimate, atmospheric setting for live music in our beautifully restored Grade II* listed venue. With exceptional acoustics, professional sound system, and theatre lighting, we create memorable experiences for both performers and audiences.

Pricing

  • Sunday to Thursday: £500 (7:00pm - 11:00pm)

  • Friday & Saturday: £800 (7:00pm - 11:00pm)

  • Setup access: From 5:00pm

  • Capacity: 100 seated | 120 standing


What's Included

  • Professional PA system and speakers

  • Theatre lighting rig with colour washes

  • Bar service with staff

  • Tables and chairs

  • One venue staff member

  • Access from 5:00pm for setup


What You Provide

  • Mixing console (connects to our PA)

  • Microphones, cables, and performance equipment

  • Qualified sound engineer

  • Public Liability Insurance (£2m minimum)

  • PAT certificates for all equipment

Additional Costs

  • Extension until midnight: £150

  • Additional staff: £100 per

  • Bar minimum spend: £200 (refundable if exceeded)


Artist Revenue

You keep 100% of ticket sales and handle all promotion, ticketing, and marketing. This is a flat-rate venue hire - you pay the hire fee regardless of attendance.

Booking Requirements

  • 50% deposit on booking

  • Balance due 4 weeks before event

  • Insurance copy required 2 weeks before event

  • All equipment must be removed by midnight

Key Restrictions

  • Sound levels must comply with local noise regulations

  • No external alcohol (we're a licensed premises)

  • Events must finish by 11:00pm

  • Under 18s need adult supervision after 9:00pm
