Hire the space for the morning, afternoon, evening or whole day.
This is for unstaffed, low capacity events. It is for the room only and does not include any bar, catering, or technical assistance. No food or drink may be brought in without prior consent.


 
 

Basic Hire Prices

Morning (Sunday to Friday) 08:00-12:30 (4 hours 30 minutes). £165.00
Afternoon (Sunday to Friday) 13:00-16:30 (3 hours 30 minutes) £165.00
Evening (Sunday to Thursday) 17:00-22:00 (5 hours) £220.00
Daytime (Sunday to Friday) 08:00-16:30 (8 hours 30 minutes) £275.00
Full Day (Sunday to Thursday) 08:00-22:00 (14 hours ) £440

Peak Time Prices*


Evening (Friday/Saturday) 17:00-22:00 (5 hours) £495.00
Day (Saturday) 08:00-16:30 (8 hours 30 minutes) £385.00

Peak time basic hire is only available 3/4 months in advance.

 
 

  • Discounts and shorter hire lengths maybe available if your booking is within the next 30 days.

  • All basic hire bookings come with projector, screen, sound system and 1 wired microphones.

  • Available add on include, tea /coffee, tech support, catering, table and chair layouts, bar, wireless microphones.

  • Please note; basic hire is not suitable for parties, weddings, complex events. If in doubt, please call us or visit the Private Hire section.


 

All basic hires without extras are ‘return as found’: at the end of your event, The Hall must be left as it was when you arrived including removal of any rubbish generated. Certain events may require a damage deposit at our discretion.

For basic hire bookings, please let us know if you are planning to bring more than 40 people. This is to ensure the comfort and safety of your guests. The Hall can accommodate up to 120 but this may require staff or risk assessments.

A minimum deposit of 25% of the total cost is required to secure your booking. Please read out our complete terms and conditions below.
