Planning a birthday party for your child?

Our Kids Party Package includes everything you need for a brilliant afternoon - silent disco, space for games, photo booth, and a safe, supervised environment where children can have proper fun.

The silent disco is a massive hit with kids - up to 50 children can choose between three music channels on wireless headphones, play their own music requests on the jukebox, and dance without the whole afternoon being deafeningly loud. Parents can actually chat while the party happens. Tea and coffee can be available on request.

Is The Hall right for your child's party?

We've hosted some brilliant children's parties here, and we've learned what works best. The Hall is ideal when:

• You're bringing in a children's entertainer or party host to lead activities

• Your group are older children (typically 10+ but not always) who genuinely enjoy singing and dancing with friends

• You have a well-planned programme of games and activities.

Important: Our silent disco and karaoke are fantastic additions to a party, but unless you've got kids for whom music and friends is plenty, they work best as part of a structured programme rather than as the sole entertainment. For younger or very energetic groups relying only on our equipment to keep children entertained, you might find a venue with outdoor space or one that provides entertainers works better.

We provide the venue, technical equipment, and friendly staff support - but we don't provide children's entertainers ourselves. You're very welcome to bring in your own, and we're happy to work with them to make sure the party runs smoothly. We've had wonderful face painters, magicians, storytellers and bouncy castles - all have contributed to very successful parties. We've also had parties work fantastically without these additions - it really depends on the group.

• All setup completed before guests arrive

Important Information

• No alcohol permitted at children's parties

• Supervision: Parents/guardians must remain on site throughout the party

• Bouncy castles, entertainers and other extras can be arranged on discussion with The Hall Exeter

Payment:

• 25% deposit secures your date

• 50% due 6 months before

• Balance due 2 months before
