For just £950, enjoy our charming venue with vintage furnishings, professional entertainment systems, and dedicated staff to ensure your celebration is magical. With everything from lighting and sound to tableware and a photo booth included, your group of up to 120 guests will experience a festive gathering to remember.
The Hall takes on a particular atmosphere in December. The Victorian building, fairy lights, silent disco and a bar until midnight - it's a straightforward package with a full entertainment setup, and a fantastic team who know how to run an professional event brilliantly.

High ceilings, fairy lights, a Christmas tree, and the he kind of space that feels considered, not corporate, with character and history - rather than a hired room. Silent disco headphones for up to 120 guests, disco lighting, jukebox, photo booth, full PA system, and bar service throughout. A dedicated team on the night so whoever booked it can actually enjoy the party. Everything runs until midnight - no hidden fees, no surprises.

Catering for your Christmas Party
Prefer to arrange your own catering?
You're welcome to use an alternative caterer. Kitchen hire is £300, or if you're bringing cold party food with no kitchen access, that's £100.
Our catering is provided by Bel's Kitchen - one of Exeter's most respected private catering companies. Isy and her team work regularly at The Hall and know the space well, which makes the whole evening run more smoothly.
Choose from a seated dinner, festive buffet, or relaxed standing party food depending on your group and the feel you're after.

We recently hosted our University Formal Ball Dinner at The Hall and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, the team were incredibly helpful, organised and accommodating. Planning a large student event can be stressful, but everything ran so smoothly on the night thanks to their support.
The venue itself is beautiful and created the perfect atmosphere for a formal evening. The food was absolutely delicious and served efficiently, even with a large number of guests. Our attendees had such a lovely time and we’ve received so many compliments about both the setting and the service.
