Mountain Cosmo Mocktail (Non-alcoholic)


Glass:
 Martini glass

  • 50ml Everleaf

  • 35ml cranberry juice

  • 15ml lime juice

  • 10ml sugar syrup Method: Add all ingredients to mixing glass, fill shaker with ice, shake, strain and serve

    Garnish: Orange twist


Negroni


Glass:
 Rocks glass

  • Add ice to top

  • 75ml pre-made Negroni 

    Garnish: Orange slice and straw


Margarita


Glass:
 Martini glass with salt rim

  • 50ml tequila

  • 25ml lime juice

  • 20ml Cointreau Method: All ingredients in mixing glass, fill shaker with ice, shake, strain and serve 

    Garnish: Cut lime wedge on glass rim


Mojito


Glass:
 Collins glass

  • 1 sugar cube

  • 15ml sugar syrup

  • 15ml lime juice

  • 10-12 fresh mint leaves Method: Muddle all together gently, add crushed ice 3/4 of glass, add 50ml white Bacardi rum, stir to bring mint up, add crushed ice to top, splash of soda 

    Garnish: Mint and straw


Espresso Martini


Glass:
 Hayworth glass (standard cocktail glass)

  • 50ml vodka

  • 25ml Solo coffee

  • 25ml Kahlua

  • 10ml sugar syrup Method: All ingredients in mixing glass, fill shaker with ice, shake, strain and serve 

    Garnish: 3 coffee beans in center of glass


Aperol Spritz


Glass:
 Wine glass

  • 2 shots Aperol

  • 125ml prosecco

  • Dash of soda Method: Prepare glass with ice to top, add all ingredients 

    Garnish: Orange slice and straw


Winter Bramble

30 ml/ 1 fl oz Gin (I used Gutsy Monkey)

  • 5 ml/ 1 tsp Crème de mûre

  • 10 ml/ 1 ½ tsp Spiced Syrup (see above)

  • 10 ml/ 2 tsp Lemon juice

  • 1 Blackberry

    In a glass jug muddle 1 blackberry with the gin, Crème de mûre, lemon juice and syrup until broken down

  • Add ice and stir for 30-40 seconds then double strain the drink into a glass filled with crushed ice 

  • Garnish with a lemon twist, fresh blackberry and a cinnamon stick

  • Serve immediately


Mai Tai


Glass:
 Rocks glass

  • 45ml Bacardi white rum

  • 25ml lime juice

  • 20ml orange curacao

  • 15ml orgeat

  • 15ml dark rum (floated on top) Method: First 4 ingredients in mixing glass, half fill shaker with crushed ice, shake 3 seconds, pour into rocks glass, float dark rum on top 

    Garnish: Lime wheel and mint


Passion Fruit Martini


Glass:
 Hayworth glass (standard cocktail glass)

  • 50ml Absolut vanilla vodka

  • 25ml passion fruit puree

  • 15ml Passoa liqueur

  • 15ml sugar syrup

  • 15ml lime juice Method: All ingredients in mixing glass, add ice to shaker, shake, strain and serve 

    Garnish: Half passion fruit face up in center of drink


Amaretto Sour

Glass: Rocks glass

  • 50ml Amaretto

  • 25ml lemon juice

  • 20ml Makers Mark

  • 10ml sugar syrup

  • 15ml egg white Method: All ingredients to mixing glass, add ice to shaker halfway, add fresh ice to rocks glass to top, strain and serve 

    Garnish: Lime zest and cherry on stainless steel pick


Old Fashioned


Glass:
 Rocks glass Option 1 (if you have time):

  • Pour ice in tall mixing glass to top

  • 50ml Makers Mark or bourbon

  • 15ml sugar syrup

  • 3 drops Angostura bitters

  • Stir with mixing spoon for 30 seconds, prepare rocks glass with ice, strain Option 2:

  • Prepare rocks glass with ice to top

  • Add same ingredients directly to glass

  • Stir for 30 seconds 

    Garnish: Long orange zest


Caipirinha


Glass:
 Rocks glass

  • Half a big lime or whole small lime cut into wedges

  • 1 metal spoon brown sugar

  • 50ml cachaca Method: Add lime and sugar to glass, muddle hard, add ice to top, add cachaca, put shaker tin on glass and shake briefly, top with ice if needed 

    Garnish: Straw


Elderflower Collins


Glass:
 Collins glass

  • 50ml Tanqueray gin

  • 25ml lemon juice

  • 15ml elderflower cordial

  • Soda to top Method: Add ice to glass to top, add all ingredients, stir gently 

    Garnish: Lemon wheel with cherry in center on stainless steel pick
