Planning Your Special Day at The Hall Exeter
We want your wedding day to be perfect! Here's what you need to know about booking with us:
To secure your date, we'll need a 25% deposit (non-refundable), with the final balance due 3 months before your day
Your booking includes an events coordinator, waiting staff, and bar team but not catering
We provide the venue, tables, chairs, and all drinks
The venue is yours exclusively during your hire period, until midnight (last orders 11:55pm)
With safeguarding in mind, we ask that children between 1yrs & 12yrs leave by 9pm unless supervised by a registered childminder
We require a £500 refundable damage deposit to protect our historic venue

After 10pm, we moveto our "Not-So-Silent" disco system for music. The PA is still running but headphones are available for those that want a more subversive experience. This is to ensure music does not inhibit conversation and to encourage people of all ages to stay to the end without limiting the party atmosphere. This is not a silent disco unless requested.
Only biodegradable flower petals are permitted as confetti.
All suppliers (DJs, photographers, etc.) must have valid public liability insurance.
If you're having a civil ceremony, you'll need to book the registrar separately.
No parking is available at the venue itself, but there are plenty of car parks near by
Wedding insurance is required to protect against unexpected cancellations
